The quest to create an old world cookie…
It all began when Eugene asked Rosalie to re-create a cookie from his homeland in Romania. Accepting the challenge, she set off on what would be many tries at coming up with just the right recipe. Out of all the trials, tribulations & tastings, the YaYa was born.
